Transaction Manager | Certified Transaction Coordination (CTC)

Before entering the real estate industry, I spent five years working as a legal secretary, where I developed a strong foundation in organization, precision, and the importance of properly managing sensitive documentation. That experience shaped my commitment to detail, professionalism, and compliance—skills that continue to be at the core of how I serve every transaction today.

 

After getting married, I took time away from my career to stay home and raise my children. While I cherished those years with my family, I knew I also wanted to return to a professional environment where I could grow, contribute, and connect with others. That led me to discover transaction coordination—a career I quickly fell in love with.

 

Although I had no prior experience in real estate transactions at the time, I found that my background in legal administration and my passion for helping others created the perfect foundation. I genuinely enjoy working alongside agents, managing timelines, ensuring compliance, and bringing calm and clarity to every file.

 

As my career grew, I realized I wanted the flexibility to continue supporting my family while building something of my own. Becoming an independent Transaction Coordinator allowed me to create that balance—offering high-level professional service while working from home and maintaining the flexibility that matters most to me.

 

My goal is simple: to be a trusted partner for agents who value organization, communication, and a concierge-level client experience.

Certified Transaction Coordination (CTC)

For 14 years, I worked as a Surgical Assistant in healthcare, developing strong skills in organization, precision, and attention to detail. After starting a family, I decided to transition from the demanding schedule of surgery to the administrative side of healthcare to create a better work-life balance.

An unexpected opportunity in real estate introduced me to a completely new career path as a Transaction Coordinator. Although it was a major change, I quickly realized that the meticulous and organized skills I developed in surgery translated seamlessly into managing real estate contracts, timelines, and paperwork. Today, I enjoy helping transactions move smoothly from contract to closing while providing reliable support throughout the process.

 

I truly value the work-life balance this career provides, allowing me to be more present for my family while also helping others buy and sell their homes to begin a new chapter for themselves.
